I love how compact this is compared with a normal power sander. It feels almost like holding a thick pen, so I can work precisely without accidentally sanding areas I want to keep.

The reciprocating motion works really well for narrow spaces. I’ve been using it on miniature models where a spinning tool would be too aggressive, and I feel like I have much more control.
